Ridgeland Asset Solutions operates this Site to provide consumers and real estate investors with real estate information and property listings, including listing data licensed through MLS GRID and the applicable participating Multiple Listing Service ("MLS").
Real estate brokerage services and IDX activities offered through this Site are provided by Carson Gedaly, an Illinois Licensed Real Estate Broker (License No. 475209638), affiliated with HomeSmart Connect LLC.
HomeSmart Connect LLC is the licensed real estate brokerage and applicable MLS Member Participant through which brokerage and IDX services are provided.
Ridgeland Asset Solutions is not a separate real estate brokerage or MLS Member Participant. The Site and its IDX displays are operated in connection with HomeSmart Connect LLC and subject to the direction, operational control, policies, and applicable MLS/IDX obligations of the Member Participant.

3. IDX and MLS GRID Data
3.1 Source of Listing Information
Real estate listings and related information displayed through the Site may be provided by Midwest Real Estate Data, LLC (MRED), as distributed by MLS GRID.
Midwest Real Estate Data, LLC (MRED) and MLS GRID are sources of listing information displayed through the Site.
3.2 Brokerage Identification
The name HomeSmart Connect LLC is clearly and readily visible on IDX displays on this Site so that consumers can identify the brokerage firm through which brokerage and IDX services are provided.
The display of the Ridgeland Asset Solutions name does not imply that Ridgeland Asset Solutions is the listing broker or listing agent for every property displayed on the Site.
Individual listings may identify the applicable listing brokerage, listing agent, contact information, listing number, property status, and other information as required by Midwest Real Estate Data, LLC (MRED), MLS GRID, and applicable IDX Rules.
3.3 IDX Display Control
All IDX displays on this Site are operated under the actual and apparent control of HomeSmart Connect LLC, the applicable MLS Member Participant.
The Site is branded as Ridgeland Asset Solutions and is operated by Carson Gedaly, Illinois Licensed Real Estate Broker, License No. 475209638, affiliated with HomeSmart Connect LLC, subject to the direction, supervision, and operational control of HomeSmart Connect LLC with respect to real estate brokerage and IDX activities.
3.4 MLS GRID Attribution and Disclaimer
Listing information is provided by Midwest Real Estate Data, LLC (MRED) and distributed through MLS GRID.
Based on information submitted to MRED as of 17th August, 2026 . All data is obtained from various sources and has not been, and will not be, verified by broker or MRED. MRED-supplied Open House information is subject to change without notice. All information should be independently reviewed and verified for accuracy. 4. Excluded Listings
Some IDX listings have been excluded from this website.
Listings displayed on this Site may be limited based on objective criteria permitted under the rules of Midwest Real Estate Data, LLC (MRED), MLS GRID, and applicable IDX rules, including geographic area, property type, listing price, listing status, or other permitted criteria.
In addition, sellers may elect to withhold their listings or certain listing information from Internet display where permitted under applicable MRED and IDX rules. As a result, this Site may not display every listing or property available through MRED.
Any additional disclosures required by MRED, MLS GRID, or applicable IDX rules will be provided where applicable.
5. MLS Data Restrictions
You agree that you will not:
Copy, reproduce, redistribute, sell, license, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit MLS listing information without authorization.
Use MLS listing information for unsolicited advertising, spam, or unsolicited commercial communications.
Use MLS listing information to contact property owners except where such contact is permitted under applicable Midwest Real Estate Data, LLC (MRED) and MLS GRID agreements and rules.
Modify listing information in a manner not permitted by Midwest Real Estate Data, LLC (MRED), MLS GRID, or applicable IDX Rules.
Remove or alter required MLS, MLS GRID, brokerage, copyright, attribution, or other disclosures.
Use listing information for purposes other than those authorized under the applicable MLS GRID license and IDX Rules.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to an MLS feed, database, API, or other underlying system.
Scrape, harvest, crawl, download, or systematically collect listing information outside the normal functionality provided to consumers through the Site.
Use listing information in a manner that is misleading, deceptive, inaccurate, or inconsistent with applicable MLS or IDX Rules.
MLS GRID's license restricts use of MLS GRID data to the usage options selected under the applicable license and prohibits unauthorized distribution, modification, and certain communications using MLS data.
6. No Implied Representation
The display of a property listing on this Site does not constitute a representation that Ridgeland Asset Solutions, Carson Gedaly, or HomeSmart Connect LLC is the listing broker or listing agent for that property unless expressly identified as such in the applicable listing.

Except as expressly permitted by applicable law, Midwest Real Estate Data, LLC (MRED) and MLS GRID rules and agreements, or the applicable rights holder, users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, transmit, sell, license, or otherwise commercially exploit MLS listing data, photographs, descriptions, or other protected listing content displayed on the Site.

Interfere with the operation or security of the Site, MLS data, or related systems.
10. Third-Party Information
The Site may contain information supplied by third parties, including Midwest Real Estate Data, LLC (MRED), MLS GRID, listing brokerages, real estate professionals, property owners, sellers, vendors, and other service providers.
Ridgeland Asset Solutions does not control all third-party information and does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information originating from third-party sources.
Third-party information may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or errors and may be changed or updated without notice. Users should independently verify material information before relying upon it.
11. No Warranty
The Site and information made available through the Site, including property and listing information, are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
Ridgeland Asset Solutions does not warrant that:

A property remains available for sale;

13. MLS Rules and Applicable Law
The display and use of IDX information on this Site are subject to the applicable MLS GRID Master Data License Agreement, MLS GRID IDX Rules, and the rules and policies of Midwest Real Estate Data, LLC (MRED), as amended from time to time.
Where Midwest Real Estate Data, LLC (MRED) requires additional disclosures, notices, logos, end-user agreements, attribution, or other language, those requirements will control to the extent applicable.
MLS GRID maintains separate IDX Rules and other MLS-specific requirements, which may be amended from time to time.
14. Data Security and Access
Ridgeland Asset Solutions and its technology providers may implement reasonable administrative, technical, and security measures designed to protect the Site, MLS data, user information, and other Site data from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, or distribution.
Users may not attempt to bypass or circumvent security measures, access restricted systems or data, interfere with the operation or security of the Site, or obtain MLS or other Site data through unauthorized means.
Access to and use of MLS data provided through Midwest Real Estate Data, LLC (MRED) and MLS GRID is subject to applicable MLS, MLS GRID, IDX, and data licensing requirements.
15. Changes to These Terms
Ridgeland Asset Solutions may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the Site, applicable law, requirements of Midwest Real Estate Data, LLC (MRED), MLS GRID requirements, or business practices.
The updated Terms will be posted on this Site with a revised "Last Updated" date.
16. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
